Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase on business days. Everything is tracked, and your tracking number is on the order once it ships.
Methods and timing
- Ground — $15 flat. Arrives in 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Expedited — priced at checkout. Arrives in 1–2 business days from dispatch.
Delivery estimates count business days from dispatch, not from purchase, and carriers can run late for reasons we cannot control — weather, holidays, a van with a flat. The tracking link is the live answer.
Where we ship
The United States. Some destinations are restricted: every order is screened against its delivery address when placed, and again immediately before dispatch. If a restriction applies, the order is held for review rather than shipped, and you are told.
How material travels
Compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders, which keeps them stable in ordinary shipping conditions for extended periods — no cold chain is required in transit. Store as the certificate of analysis for your batch specifies on arrival.
