What to include

For anything about an order, include the order number — it is on your confirmation and under your orders. For a question about a specific vial, include the batch number printed on its label, so we are both looking at the same material.

What we can help with

• Orders — status, changes before dispatch, and anything that arrived other than as expected.
• Documentation — a certificate of analysis supplied with your shipment on request; every batch’s CoA is also published under Test results.
• Volume pricing — discounts on larger orders and institutional accounts, priced case by case.
• Partner program — questions about codes, commission, or an application you have submitted. Applying itself happens on the partner page.

One boundary

Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only. We cannot answer questions about human or veterinary use, dosing, or administration — not because the question is unwelcome, but because no answer we could give would be lawful. Our research use policy says where the line sits.
