Quality here is not a slogan; it is a paper trail. Every batch is tested before it is sold, every certificate is published, and every order records exactly which batch it received — so our claims are checkable, including by you.
Independent testing, every batch
Batches are tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Purity is stated on each certificate — 99% on our current catalogue — and the certificate, not this page, is the authoritative claim for any given vial.
Certificates you can read before buying
Full certificates of analysis are published under Test results, per batch, before you order — not supplied afterwards as a formality. A CoA can also accompany your shipment on request.
Batch identity on every order
The batch allocated to your order is recorded at the moment stock is assigned and appears on the order itself. The vial in your hand, the entry on your order, and the certificate on our site all carry the same batch number — that chain is the whole point.
Stability by design
Compounds are supplied as lyophilized powders, stable for extended periods when stored as the certificate specifies. Storage conditions are printed on each certificate.
And if a batch ever falls short
If qualified analysis of an unopened, correctly stored vial disagrees with its published certificate, we replace or refund it in full — the process is described under returns & refunds. A guarantee that cannot be claimed is decoration; this one has a procedure.
